User Experience Assessment
A User Experience Assessment (UEA) is quick, effective and affordable. Combining expert review and input from real users, it is able to deliver targeted user input quickly.
The Process
- Interview – A face-to-face, phone or email "question and answer" session with the client to establish key site owner goals and concerns.
- Evaluation – an appraisal by our UX consultant to measure the website against established user design principles.
- Consultation – up to three consultant-observed user sessions to identify user concerns.
- Report – summary of findings with practical recommendations for improvement.
